Thank you for the challenge Sonja. I love the fall time. I enjoy sitting outdoors when the colors are in full bloom because it helps me relax. It helps to calm me and forget life's problems for a short time.

I hope this conforms to the challenge requirements.

So far I can’t figure out how to link this image to my gallery.

If you want to link that image to the gallery, go back to your gallery tab and highlight the URL at the top of the page and right click and copy that URL.
Come back to the image that is now showing in your post. Make sure that you toggle the A button (middle one of the 3 buttons showing in the top right beige colored bar) so that you can see all the different editor options. Click on the image that is in your post to highlight it and then click on the chain icon button. A pop up box will appear and you can then post in the URL that you copied from the gallery. The image is now linked to the gallery.

As far as I can see I am following to the letter the instructions to link my posted image to my gallery but it’s not working.
When I get to the part in the instructions which say “Click on the image that is in your post to highlight it” I can click all I like but the image is not highlighted or selected and this would seem to be my sticking point. I have tried this now in two different browsers with the same result.

I have come to the conclusion if I could just have my signature linked to my gallery that would suffice instead, but I can’t seem to do that either.

EDIT: sorry I meant to put this in the comments. Still feeling my way around navigating this site.

Your signature is linked to your gallery, Lillias! If you didn't do that yourself then I guess an admin must have quietly done it for you.

You could always resort to doing it manually like we had to do on DaisyTrail, which is what I've been doing. Click on the 'Source' icon at the left-hand end of the toolbar so that you can see the BBCode, and then put {url=...} before the image code and {/url} after it, but with square brackets instead of curly ones (and with the actual URL instead of the ellipsis, of course).

Yes thanks Alfred, Robyn kindly linked my signature for me.
Thanks too for that info; re linking which I imagine I could also use to link pages although now that my signature is linked that isn’t so necessary. I will give it a try the next time I upload a page.

Since bio-chemical depression runs in my family (& comes with migraines too due to low serotonin levels), that was the first emotion that came to mind.

Very beautiful Sherry! You expressed your emotions very well. That must be really hard sometimes for you and your family.
I love the texture on the background paper.
