The Gandhi Smriti (Gandhi Remembrance)
On the site of the Birla House, footsteps mark the route Gandhi took from his room to the prayer meeting, on Jan 30, 1948. The footsteps end on the spot where he was murdered.
There is a little column with his last words: “He Ram..” (Oh God).
Such an impressive tribute! It really moved me!
