2016 October Scraplift Challenge

Thank you very much to Kim for hosting this fabulous Scraplift Challenge and for choosing a lovely layout made by Patricia that has served as the started point to create our pages :)

Here is my entry for the challenge. I must confess that this really pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it was so much fun to do. Okay, I think that I caught the main concept of the original layout: 2 square photos of equal size, 1 square photo a bit bigger than previous ones, and 1 very large photo with a feathered soft edge border (this should work with a mask, too); some simple embellishments touching the corners of the square photos, here I decided to make mini-clusters composed with similar elements; and an one-word journaling placed in the area between the four pictures. Photographs with kind permission of Marilyn Glasser. Font used: Corque.

I hope you like it! :-f ~Francis
