A Hello From Glittery Vegas!

Hello everyone!! My name is Susie and I am a long time digi-scrapper from back in the days when Digi was not too welcome around town. Anyone else remember the 2 Peas in a Bucket days?

I was here for a while back in 2014/15 but life happened. I was on Created by Jill’s CT and I was just gutted when she passed away. I took a break from scrapping.

Meanwhile I knew my login but I forgot the password and a password reset didn’t work because I didn’t have that email any more. I finally decided to just make a new account and come back in. I’m the scrapper formerly known as Pachimac!

I’m looking for a place to just be me, Susie scrapper and not scrapping solely for creative teams. Your challenges look amazing and I think this will be a great place to come. I already see a lot of familiar faces.

I am married 25 years to Michael, and we have a 20 year old daughter named Melissa. We live in the suburbs of Las Vegas.

I look forward to chatting with ya’ll.

Thank you! I sometimes forget the pure joy of scrapping when it’s always for CT. I give every page my all, but sometimes I want to use a retired product or a fave that’s not at my store!

Thank you! I am really enjoying using old kits just because I want to!!!! EVeryone's been super nice!

Susie, you will like Erica’s ABC Fandango monthly challenge that uses old stash only with 3 random letters of the alphabet.

I never realized how much I missed some of the old kits - and I never realized just how cutting edge Created by Jill was at the time because I was a more clean and graphic scrapper at the time. She actually brought me on the team to show you could use her kits NOT artsy! LOL Now?? I'm LOVING the art stuff!!

So glad to see you here, Susie! Yep... I was paper and digi-scrapping back in 2013 but switched over to digi only by 2014. And, yes... Jill's death was hard blow for all of us who worked with her.
Saw your 'SNOW" photos on FB... then DS#1 showed his photos of snow in Las Vegas. :-61
Not the usual weather for there.

That sounds great! I also have discovered the P52 thread. I'm on day 3!! I have to post 1 and 2 today.
