Can someone please tell me what OOB really stands for? I know is like an extraction but my brain is burning to try to figure it out.
OOB stands for Out Of Bounds so the part of the image is outside of the frame x

This was a lot of fun - Thanks for the challenge.
I went with Row D Vertical: Pink, Cluster, Add Lace, Hearts
Lovely layout with the vertical strips and lace, great clusters and beautiful photo of the young couple. Thank you for taking part in the challenge xx
