I´ve to be strict with myself - I am not allowed to start anything new
before I´ve not finished my things I delayed.

Sorry I have been MIA for awhile... been heavily involved with scanning photos from my mother's 2 Photo album... all from 1900 - 1950. Also working on making LOs with "My Story" collection from Karen Schulz. The collection is from birth to about 5 years old... so that sent me back to her albums to get photos of myself and the family. They are over on my FB page if you want to see them: Facebook

I will be busy today cleaning up the garage. That chore went from 'I will get to it next week' to 'Have to get it done ASAP'... The reason is I got a call yesterday from the salesman at the dealership. He said 'you car has arrived' and my response was 'here in the states?' as the earliest date it was suppose to get here in town was Feb 12th. He laughed and said 'No... it is here at the dealership!' He will be calling today to set up the appointment for me to come in to get it on Friday or Saturday. When I told him I would need to get someone to bring me over for it, he asked where I lived then volunteered to drive "My Car" over to pick me up!!! Wow... great service! So, today is get the garage cleared so I can park both the SUV and my new Sonata in it. Tomorrow is get the check to pay for it and then Friday pick up the car and get the insurance coverage on it. So if I am not around here for awhile.. you will understand.

Just popping in to tell you I had my follow-up appointment today,the specialist is pleased with everything, I have to keep putting the eye drops in for another 5 weeks then I can make an appointment to have an eye test for new lenses, my eyes are very blurry today as he put some drops in to look at the eye. Tomorrow I am hoping to join in more,I am looking forward to put my February challenges up.xx

Had the most pleasant surprise yesterday afternoon.... one of the grandsons stopped by to check on me. I asked if he had time to help and he said yes. So... opened the garage and he moved boxes for me, moved the 50 lb bag of potting soil, broke down boxes and put them in the recycle bin and put some items into the SUV so I can drop them off at GW. I just pointed at stuff and told him where it went and he did it. What would have taken me all afternoon, he had done in about 45 minutes!!! What a relief to have it all done.

Quick in and out to let you know that I brought my new 2023 Sonata SEL home yesterday afternoon. Whoo-whee! Still need to read the manual on it to find out all the bells and whistles it has and how to work them or find out where the controls are. Shades of the 1960's.... it has push-button controls instead of a gear-shift. Couldn't figure out how to release the parking brake... it is also a push-button by the gear buttons. LOL...

You are a brave soul Kay. I think the car would be much smarter than me. I just can't grasp the idea of the push button gears.
