For those of you who like to crochet, isn't this just so cute!

You can buy the pattern HERE.

They are cute. I crochet a lot, but I have never had the patience to do things like this.. for me with short attention span, they are too fiddly. I just do big rugs. I had quite a few patterns that I have collected over the years and I sent them to a friend a couple of years ago, she makes these toys (generally knitted ones) for charity for Christmas.

I just had to share this beautiful poem which was on one of my FB groups

“She sat at the back and they said she was shy.
She led from the front and they hated her pride.
They asked her advice and then questioned her guidance.
They branded her loud, then were shocked by her silence.
When she shared no ambition they said it was sad.
So she told them her dreams and they said she was mad.
They told her they'd listen, then covered their ears,
And gave her a hug while they laughed at her fears,
And she listened to all of it thinking she should,
Be the girl they told her to be best as she could.
But one day she asked what was best for herself,
Instead of trying to please everyone else,
So she walked to the forest and stood with the trees,
She heard the wind whisper and dance with the leaves.
She spoke to the willow, the elm and the pine,
And she told them what she'd been told time after time.
She told them she felt she was never enough,
She was either too little or far far too much,
Too loud or too quiet, too fierce or too weak,
Too wise or too foolish, too bold or too meek,
Then she found a small clearing surrounded by firs,
And she stopped...and she heard what the trees said to her.
And she sat there for hours not wanting to leave
For the forest said nothing, it just let her breathe.”

Last year when the pandemic began it affected Northern Italy very badly so the La Scala dancers in Milan made an interesting video showing their workout routines as they waited for the dark days of Covid-19 to pass. The original music was not classic and was changed by a friend of mine. The song is from Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” and was recorded in an apartment in Milan by the singer, and his wife is playing the piano. I am allowed to share it everywhere. Here is the link. It is a fun video.
Hi Ursula, thank you for sharing this unique Video. It's interesting to see how artists struggle through the pandemic.

A few months ago I discovered the amazing country A Cappella Group HOME FREE (5 Singers). The voices and harmony are breathtaking! I'm totally thrilled and really addicted.

Especially the voices of Tim Foust - Bass and Austin Brown - High Tenor and also Adam Rupp, Beatbox are incredible.
Their range of songs is very wide.

The first Song I heard was Amazing Grace

Hope you like it :-l

Esther, thank you for sharing and enjoyed their amazing voices. Love Acapella groups--two of my favorites are Straight No Chaser and Pentatonix.
