Hi Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I got some freebee masks and I cant figure out what I'm doing my photo/page snap into them. but nothing happens its like they have gone behind it, its blank .Did look at utube but it shows u how to make them but haven't seen anything to tell why they are snapping into it as if its going to work then just stays grey like as if its gone behind it Any advise Kind regards

1st you need to let us know what program you're using - II only know Photoshop (Express) - the paper/photo, etc. needs to be on top of the mask to clip it ... then you need to merge it.

Hi Cheescake what Youtube video did you use? only I have my own you tube channel for craft artist, it's called pebblemoon crafts. and theres a video on how to make your own masks on it..........in order for your image to snap to the mask you have to convert to picture first then the mask should pick up the image, plus you need to take them and convert to frame as well (mask)

Thank you Vikki I must check out your video I am not that good at technology I get confused with it all I haven't made my own masks the ones I was trying to use where already made from a kind lady on here who offered them free my problem is my pictures snaps into them but stay grey like . sorry if it doesn't make sense welcome to my world lol thank you anyway

Thank you Wendy MY problem is my photo when it snaps onto the lady mask it stay grey it doesn't show my photo as a few others have downloaded it and have not said they had a problem . its must be me lol I watched the video which shows how to make them thanks for that Wendy BUT it doesn't show what to do if it snaps on to a mask but doesn't show photo which stays grey and how to fix it . Thanks for the info tho

is the mask made for Craft Artist or some other program? If it’s not for CA then you need to follow the video and use the erase feature for it to work properly. I had the same problem as you but it worked fine once I did as shown in the video.

I don't know if its made for Craft Artist as it was a freebee off here thanks Wendy will go check the Video xxx
